Demolition Permit Request Procedures
- Contact Customer Service at 703-335-7950 to advise of the Demolition, close the account, and pay your final bill.
- After the final bill has been paid, click here to print the Demolition checklist document. Follow the instruction on the checklist, complete the document. Then you could either:

- Upon receiving your completed checklist we will arrange for our maintenance department to inspect the sewer plug and pull the water meter on the property indicated on the checklist.
- Once the sewer plug inspection is complete and the meter has been pulled, the Final Demolition Letter will be mailed to the mailing address provided on the initial checklist.
**Note: If a meter is needed for construction purposes, please contact our Customer Service department to apply for a Hydrant Meter Permit.
