The office is located at 4 County Complex Court, Woodbridge, Virginia.

Vendors must register with the Service Authority to be automatically notified of bids, proposals, and addenda. To become a registered vendor, complete and return to the Procurement Department, a copy of the Bidders Application form. A copy of the form may be downloaded from this website or you may obtain a copy by contacting the office.
